Procedural Law High-end Forum (2019): “ Developing Trends and Issues of Procedural System in the New Era” sponsored by CUPL Procedural Law Research Institute, undertaken by Law School of Qingdao University and co-organized by Beijing Zhonglun Law Firm was held in Qingdao successfully. There were more than 150 scholars and experts were present at the Forum.

The Forum was divided into three parts with different subjects. The subject of the first part is the modernization of national governance and the development of litigation system. The subject of the second part is the progress of science and technology and the development of litigation system. The subject of the third part is the development of justice, efficiency and litigation system.

At the end of the Forum, Cai Yingwen, the Dean of Law School of Qingdao University, and Bian Jianlin, the Dean of CUPL Procedural Law Research Institute delivered closing speeches and the Forum achieved full success.
