From 21st November to 22nd November, 2019, the team led by Professor LI Bensen conducted conducting thematic research activities in the Zhejiang Higher People’s Court of , Xihu District People’s Court and Hangzhou Court of Internet.

Through the research, the team fully understood the innovative measures, accumulated experience and existing problems of courts in Zhejiang in the reform of criminal litigation, civil litigation and administrative litigation. The team will make full use of the results of the research to make further study on relating subjects, such as judicial protection of private enterprises’ property rights, false civil litigation, administrative public litigation and the court of internet, electronic service and so on.
