On 28th December, 2019, the first plenary meeting of the new Management Committee of CHEN Guangzhong Procedural Law Scholarship Fund was held successfully. The Honorary President Chen Guangzhong, President Bian Jianlin, Vice President Wang Haiyan and other 30 Fund members were present at the meeting.

The Honorary President Chen Guangzhong and the President Bian Jianlin introduced some basic facts about the Fund separately. And the President further explained the “Selection Methods of Chen Guangzhong Procedeural Law Scholarship (revised version)” and the “Section Methods of Chen Guangzhong Procedural Law Outstanding Postdoctoral” to the members. The President ask members for advice on those two Methods as well. The members at the meeting made a full discussion on the two Methods and agreed that as a national scholarship fund, the selection methods of the Fund should be flexible and practical.

At the end of the meeting, the President Bian Jianlin stated that the Fund will continue to make contribution to the cause of rule of law.
