Professor Li Zheng is the researcher of CUPL Procedural Law Research Institute. He graduated from Shandong University in 2002 and got Master Degree in 2005 and Doctoral Degree in 2008 at CUPL. He is also the professor of "2011" Collaborative Innovation Centre of Judicial civilizationthe and Procedural Law Institute, the Deputy director of supervision department of case of second instance in the Second Branch of the People’s Procuratorate of Peking, the Trustee of Criminal Procedural Law Institute of China and Civil Procedural Law Institute, the Member of the Law Institute of Association for Relations across the Taiwan Straits, and the Associate editor of the Procedural Law Research (CSSCI Collected Paper).
