LUO Haimin
   

Associate Professor Luo Haimin is the researcher of CUPL Procedural Law Research Institute. She graduated from CUPL in 1999 and got Master Degree in 2003 and Doctoral Degree in 2007 at CUPL as well. She is also the Researcher in Collaborative Innovation Center of Judicial Civilization, and the Deputy Secretary-General of China Association of Criminal Procedural Law.
