Associate Professor Hu Sibo is the researcher of CUPL Procedural Research Institute. He graduated from Xibei University of Political Science and Law in 2006 and got Master degree at the University in 2010. He got Doctoral Degree at CUPL in 2013. He is also the researcher of “2011 Collaborative Innovation Center of Judicial Civilization”, the member of Institute of China Civil Procedure Law，and the member of Institute of China Case Law.
