LI Bensen
   

Professor Li Bensen is the vice Dean of CUPL Procedural Law Research Institute. He graduated from Nanjing Normal University in 1990, got Master Degree at East of China University of Politics and Law in 1995 and got Doctoral Degree at Renmin University in 2005. From 2007 to 2012, he studied in Maurer Law School of Indiana University in U.S. and got LL.M and S.J.D degree in 2009 and 2012 separately. Professor Li is also the Member of All China’s Lawyer Association, the Member of Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Justice, P.R.C., the Member of the Education Committee of All China’s Lawyer Association, and the Member of the Expert Committee of Social Security Department of China for the Amendment of the Protection Law for Disabilities.
